Al Sorour has more than 36 years of experience in providing full services to customers in various projects in the UAE. Al Sorour has gained a good reputation in the development and use of pioneer concepts in solving challenging situations. We constantly aim to integrate advanced skills in any project to arrive at cost effective solutions for the project. We are experienced

Al Sorour Bakeries has more than 100 skilled employees holding Certificates from Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority. Moreover we have a group of most skilled chefs specialized in all sections (Arab bread, sweets, Western desserts, and snacks) that are experienced in 5-star hotels and oil and gas companies.

We have taken the slogan (continuous development), to rise our products to the level of satisfaction of our customers in order to provide superior service to the community.

Transportation policies

Al Sorour Bakeries has a large fleet of ADFCA-approved refrigerated trucks specially intended for transporting food as well as other vehicles of various capacities intended for providing the required logistics & support and has vehicles of various sizes for employee transportation. All the trucks are equipped with integrated GPS systems to track and monitor speed & location of trucks. Also, they are equipped with temperature control systems to monitor the temperature throughout the trip, where it is electronically recorded. In addition, the trucks are equipped with electronic systems to measure times taken in loading/unloading food and transported foodstuff. Moreover, ISO 22000:2018 is in compliance and it’s observed by the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) & Food Safety Department in order to ensure meeting the relevant standards in all stages of production & delivery. Al Sorour Bakeries’ production and distribution workflow has been carefully designed and implemented to ensure the maximum results and incase of short term assistance is required during the mobilization.
